> SHIPPING

After the approval of the order the product is sent to the carrier that takes care of the packaging and dispatch of the orders,

the process takes about 1 (one) business day or as we call “Post Day” as it is prepared for sending and

postage the same day it was packed.

The next day we are given the tracking codes for all orders sent and then we pass them on to their proper orders.

Delivery will be made during business hours through the postal carrier. It is essential that

at the address provided for delivery, have a person qualified to receive the order.

If there is no one authorized to receive it at the address indicated, we will make two more attempts.

If none of them are successful, your order will be returned to the sender company ACRONOS and we will send an email informing you

about the return.

For all products on the site we offer 30 days to exchange for dissatisfaction or defect,

the customer should contact us and once we have agreed what should be exchanged and for what,

the product with the customer must be sent back to the sender in the state it was received, the value of this return shipping will be returned to the customer,

receiving the product at GUETTO HYPE it will be evaluated, if it is in the condition that was sent, we will send the exchange.

In case of cancellation of the purchase when we receive the product, the refund will be made .

DEADLINES AND VALUES

Delivery times depend on the zip code and the delivery method you hire. They will be visible at all stages of navigation and purchase,

SEDEX, FREIGHT. The freight price depends on the weight of the product and also on the delivery zip code.

> EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

GUETTO HYPE sells high quality items to demanding customers, and our greatest commitment is to your complete satisfaction.

Therefore, we accept the return of unused products within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the purchase, without any cost.

To exchange or return an item you must make your request in our call center.

YOU CAN RETURN A PRODUCT OR EXCHANGE IT FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

Dissatisfaction with the product (product different from the photo on the site or damaged) - 7 days from delivery.
Wrong numbering - 7 days from delivery.
Wrong product “color, size, defect, etc.” - 30 days, from purchase.
Withdrawal - 7 days from delivery.
Cancellation - 7 days, from delivery.
Factory defects - 90 days from purchase.

If the product shows any signs of wear, wear or dirt, the exchange or cancellation will be refused and the product returned.

Return shipments with information, adhesive tape glued or written on the original factory packaging will not be accepted, its delivery will be refused and the

BREAKDOWN IN PRODUCT RECEIVED OR INFRINGED PACKAGING

The handling and transportation of our products is carried out in a way that preserves the original quality of the product.

If there is an apparent malfunction in the delivery of the product or the packaging is violated, you (the customer) must refuse to receive the delivery and

inform our call center.

Your product will be returned to ACRONOS and then we will contact you (customer) so that we can resend the product.

We ask that you take into account dents in the box,

because on very long trips the post office tends to not be very careful.

EXCHANGE RULES

- The exchange must be requested via phone, email or the website's service channel (acronos.sac@gmail.com)
- The product must be sent with the reverse logistics code that will be sent via email, shipments without the code will not be refunded.
- The product must not show signs of use and must be in its original manufacturer's packaging properly wrapped.
- And finally the product will be analyzed according to the rules of the consumer protection code.

WE DO NOT EXCHANGE PRODUCTS WITH:

  • EXCESSIVE WEAR

  • SIGNS OF DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER USE

  • DRILLING SIGNS BY SHARP OR CUTTING OBJECTS

  • REPAIRS / GLUES

  • ANY CHANGE THAT HIDES THE ORIGINAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ITEM, IMPOSSIBILITATING THE DEFECT FINDING.

CARD BACKGROUND

The refund will be made on the buyer's next credit card statement. The customer who requested the chargeback had received 2 emails informing the

chargeback and one informing you of the cancellation. This option is exclusive for orders paid by credit card.

The term of the chargeback will follow the card administrator's rules, and may take from one to two invoices depending on the expiration date of your payment.

CURRENT ACCOUNT REFUND

For orders paid in boleto or bank deposit, the amount can be reimbursed in a current account, of the same ownership of the person responsible for the CPF

registered in the order.

The repayment term will depend on the accuracy of the data and will follow the rules of the bank receiving the credit.

The refund of the value will only be processed after the release of the return by our quality control department.

The deadline for release may be up to 5 (five) business days after receipt at our distribution center.

If any of the return conditions is not observed, the refund release may be denied.

In this case, we will contact the customer and confirm the information again, the process begins again.
